- Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
- Letters of Intent / Support / Commitment accompanying research proposals
- Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) for sharing research materials or research tools*
- Data Transfer, Agreements
- Data Processing Agreements
- Equipment Loan Agreements
